I would like to become real estate agent. How do you apply for a job like this??

I researched and found out that i need to attend a 60 hour course, but what about after that. I just need some direction on how to go about after the course. Applying for jobs, searching for them, where to go etc etc. What should i be doing after my course is up to get to be a real estate agent.???I would like to become real estate agent. You should start by contacting a couple of the larger real estate companies in your area. Most of the big ones will have training programs and recruitment programs designed to help you succeed after you are done with your licensing classes. Getting a license and knowing how to be a good agent are two different things.





Finding someone to hire you will be the easy part. Finding someone to train you for success is the hard part. Real estate is not easy to get started in, you should plan on keeping a part-time waitressing job or something to keep your bills paid while you get started. If you don't, be prepared to go 3-6 months before seeing your first paycheck. Most people don't have that kind of savings sitting around.I would like to become real estate agent. A great way is in addition to taking the course, get a job as secretary in a broker's office for a year or 2. Learn the ins-and-outs of the business while collecting a salary.

If you are in the US you must work for a licensed real estate agent for the first two years after receiving your provisional license. You also take continuing education classes every year.
