How do you apply peroxide to your teeth?

I keep hearing it's an amazing whitener, and i have a bottle of peroxide. How are you supposed to use it on your teeth? Can you swallow it without dying or something?How do you apply peroxide to your teeth?

i have arm and hammer toothpaste, that has baking soda and peroxide. i've jst heard tho that using baking soda for yrs can ruin ur enamel on ur teeth so i'm having second thoughts on using it for too long.





i'm also using a home whitening kit that was only 拢55, usually 拢300 from dentist. it is 16% bleach in it. its a gel in a syringe and u put it in a mouthguard, and wear it at night. try something like that, it works.How do you apply peroxide to your teeth?
dont swallow it!!!! use peroxide and baking soda and brush ur teeth, rinse thoroughly, DON';T SWALLOW THE PEROXIDE
