The trick with caulk is to not overapply, or you'll make a mess. To stop the caulk from coming out of gun, you'll need to push in the metal clip on the back of the trigger.

if you have received the fin aid money you have now through fafsa, there really is no more to be had. you might try for some of these little scholarships or you can take out student loans.
The above answers have good suggestions. But just a word of advise. Just because you have lived in that state a year doesn't mean you will stop being charged out of state tuition. Usually, if you are a student, you can't count that time towards your states residency.

You want to put just a tiny bit on and make sure you spread it evenly all over the cheek and cheek bone. Also stroke back towards your ear and hair line. You want to apply just a thin layer or else it will be too dark. Make sure you keep stroking the brush until it's less noticeable to the way you like it. The more strokes the lighter it will look. Rub it in basically to the lightness or darkness you want. To get dark apply more powder. Usually all i do is dip the brush in once and spread it back over my cheek a few quick strokes and WHA LA! GOOD LUCK!
If you want it to look natural, smile and put it on the ';apples'; of your cheek, pretty much just the part of your cheeks that stick out when you smile.





If you want it to look more dramatic put it along your cheek bone (just feel to find it) and blend a lot.





You may not be using the right blush, try a lighter color with more pink/orange tones.
The best way to apply it is to smile and apply it on the apples of your cheeks, meaning the part that turns upward when you smile. Dot it onto each cheek lightly, then blend it out with a brush. It should be in the right place on your face and also look very natural. :)

I'll take my eyeliner and on the botton lid draw a line from corner to corner. On the top lid I'll make a line as close to my lashes as I can, from the outer corner, and come in about half way. I'll take my finger tip and smudge it a little.

If your cabinet is bare wood, simply apply the stain with a brush (I like to use a foam brush), and then wipe off the excess.





If your cabinet already has a finish on it, you will need to sand it down to the bare wood, and then apply the stain as described above.

well emo is a label for any one who is sad or very emotional so there is no real way of doing your makeup emo! but most people are referred to emo when their eye liner is a medium line all the way around the eye!
Its fun to do, I know! I usually just take my liner and put it on the bottom lid, then I smudge it a little!


Dont forget to put it on the top!
I assume you are using black eyeliner...use it to line outside your lower lashes, then using a qtip or your finger smudge it a little bit. You may have to apply a few layers to get the right amount. If you are going a little more dramatic, use the same liner to line inside your lashes on the lower lid (this is tricky, just let the pencil glide along the ridge in front of your eye...be careful not to poke yourself.) You're eyes may water a bit if you do it inside the lashes, but that will just cause the inner part to fade a little bit.


Personally I wouldn't use liner on the top lid...generally that is overkill.

I believe you need to look into applying with the Department of Corrections as a correctional officer. They may or may not assign you to a juvenile facility, but if you express interest in working there, they may assign you there. Also, a BS in criminal justice or criminology is helpful.

As a makeup artist I only like appying eyeliner at the top. But it depends on how you like it. But with liquid I only apply at the top, if its pencil I will apply at the top and bottom, when I apply it at the bottom i start in the middle to the corner. So here are some tips to follow.





Shape and define your eyes with eyeliner after you've applied eye shadow and before applying mascara. Whether you choose a soft line or a dramatic stroke, eyeliner draws attention.





Tips:





Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.





Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.





Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.





Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.





Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

carefully! My mom used to warm hers up with a lighter first, then draw it on so it was thick. You want to draw it on very carefully, dont start too close to the corner of your eye. On the bottom, they say youre supposed to draw it under your eyelashes. I use liquid cause it goes on smoother!
First make sure you have a wax based liner like Urban Decay. it goes on smooth and if you are inexperienced, it won't feel like you're gonna poke your eye out. Then just hold you bottom lid down slightly and glide across it with the pencil. For the top, I usually hold it so it's smooth with my free hand. With the other glide it across the top lid as close to the lashes as humanly possible. It's also helpful to have some q-tips around in case your line is uneven. If you make a mistake, wet the tip of it with you tongue and erase. Good luck.

This is definatly difficult! Try using your finger to close one eye shut, and then with the other hand steadily do the top of the eyelid. Then swich eyes. It may take a while to get it perfect, so have some makeup remover ready! Good luck!

I bought a mesh outdoor table at an auction with the idea to

Not so much a difficult task as a tedious one.





A few more details might help.





1. Is the mesh fine weave?


2. Is the mest top Flush with the rim around the edge?


3. Is the table round or...?


4. Do you have Tiles/glass/ a pattern in mind?


5. Is the substance of the mesh steel or aluminum?








You can approach this in a couple of ways.





You can cut a piece of concrete backer board to size; attach it to the table from underneath; with stainless fender washers and screws/ OR construction adhesive; then apply the tiles. If you used this method, it would also allow that you could possible work the pattern in your garage, or someplace out of the elements, then with someones aid, place the finished piece and attach still from underneath.





OR you can cover the mesh with something that just allows that the ';THIN SET'; mortar will not seep through the mesh;;; although for it to end up a stronger bond with the table itself, it might actually help if some mortar pushed into the mesh.





Depending on the pattern/ number of tiles/ placement/ you may not need a Wet saw or diag. grinder at all. That equates to what you do at the perimeter certainly. You might even consider PVC/ Vinyl lattice strip attached to the rim of the table, to border it, allowing a clean edge with the mortar. I'd probably work this job from the inside - out, to the perimeter. Once the edge area has been completed, remove the ';Dam'; smooth the edge with additional thin set,,, OR perhaps devise a method for applying edging tile all the way around the perimeter.





The Mortar: Any exterior grade Tile mortar will do, perhaps sold in your location in various brand names. Mixed to the consisteny of mashed potato, applied in small areas at a time, with a rectangular ';toothed'; trowel, or applicator; and tiles set in place. No offense but I can't imagine a mastik, or adhesive for this kind of tile work.





Hopefully you've either laid out a pattern, or have one in mind as you work along.





Interior applications for mosaic were/are, often done in plaster. This is not such a case.





Once set; then you can define the spaces with an appropriate grout, in some color that coordinates, or accents the pattern.

If your mesh is too course to hold a thin set type addhesive,which it sounds like it probably is.Take a finer galvanized screen on top.Space the two apart at least 1/4';.Make sure when you apply your thin set, that addhesive is pushed thru all the way to exsisting mesh.Clean off excess addhesive under the table before it dries completly.you might have to sponge underside with a very wet sponge.To make it all even through out.This will have alot of waste.But you will have one tough table.Seal as normal exterior tile after grout.
I love to play with tiles so I've scammed alot of things to tile. I would add a wood top cut to size (seal it well on bottom before you add it on. You could glue it down and also screw it on from underneath or from top of you sink screws-locktite glue or gorilla glue is great. Watch gorilla glue as it does expand-ie;put the wood on the groundd, glue the table upside down to the wood and let it dry. Use sanded adhesive/grout for both things-if its going to be outside make sure there is a latex additive in it but you can get it premixed in you home store. I've used the locktite adhesive too-its great for glass and then grouted it. I alwatys use a good 5 year sealer when I'm done.
You'll need a wet saw to trim the tiles, you'll need flooring cement or caulk to affix the tiles; you'll need to cover the bottom of the table with something -- masking tape? to prevent the grout from leaking through. Once the grout has dried, It should be safe to remove the tape or whatever adhesive from the bottom of the table.

If its rough at all sand it with 220 grit sand paper then wipe the dust off with a tack cloth. Get a sponge brush, brush the stain on then wipe it off thoroughly and let it dry. I recommend using a polyurethane for a top coat, it will protect the wood and give it a nice finish. Put 2-3 coats on it with a natural bristle brush Polyurethane takes quite awhile to dry so if you do use it make sure its completely dry before putting another coat on. make certain your wood is sanded smooth, and wipe or vacuum clean. stain sometimes goes on better and smoother if you use a sock. put a painting glove on your hand, then insert it into the sock, dip it into the stain and evenly coat the wood. Between coats of poly, always go over every surface with 00 steel wool, and wipe clean or vacuum.
If it is bare wood that has no finish on it, then you just paint it on with a paint brush. If it is already finished, you need to remove the first finish. You can buy solutions to do that or sand it off with a very fine sandpaper.

* use a liquid concealer on any red areas, and a light reflecting concealer under your eyes


* use a really creamy concealer on your spots and blend around the edges - add a little powder on top to keep the concealer in place.


* you can use a green concealer underneath the creamy concealer first, to conceal the redness. this is a trick many makeup artists use. don't worry the green doesn't show! or, use a green primer before foundation on any red areas.

i think all these foundations that claim to stay put for 8 hours min are crap. so somewhere in the day you will need to reapply round the nose and under the eyes maybe.





I use almay foundation, its also a treatment for problem skin. noots used to sell it but i can only manage to get it off ebay now.





It gives a full coverage, ya only need a little bit and it stops most oily patches. apply by patting and smoothing gently, then apply additonal concealer where necessary and then brush over loose powder with a big blusher brush, you will look flawless! only apply foundation and poweder where needed too.

i think what you should do is try not to cover them up with foundation. my sister has just had a baby and she has spots everywhere she is only taking tablets for it. But i think if you really want them to go away is wash your face with only water and leave your face fresh and free of air hugging foundation, who cares what you look like, be proud of yourself and just think there are worse things in life you could be worrying about, just relax and if people dont like you the way you are SOD THEM!!!
use pressed powder between layers- i find it works for me- also don't go for cheap brands- try using maybe a liquid foundation and then apply a matte mousse or concealer on top


Try using a foundation brush- it works it into the skin better.
I use Revlon Colourstay foundation, topped with a bit of luminecent powder. I don't even need to use concealer %26amp; it lasts all day :)

It's horrible to have to go through the day wondering if your spots are covered, or if they're getting flaky or cakey... I HATE that!! I've gone through the day thinking my skin looked fine, then when I got to a mirror I though ';HOLY CRAP! Cake face!'; and it didn't look like that when I first put it on!





But anyways, to the point! First of all, buy some exfoliating cleanser pads (I used Dove) and they work great for removing dead skin cells and dry flaky patches (if you have them).


Second, apply a non oily lotion to your skin. I use Kiss My Face Filthy Rich Hydrating Lotion because it's natural, smells good, and absorbs really well!


Buy a cover stick that is creamy! I use Physicians Formula Organic Wear Cover Stick, which you can find at most drug stores. I've found the less makeup you wear, the better your skin will start to look!





Do NOT NOT NOT apply powder to your face!! That's what will make the caki-ness start!





If you tend to get oily thoughout the day (like me) then buy some oil blotting sheets. Neutragena, Clean n Clear and knockoff brands make them. They are great because they suck up excess oil WITHOUT disturbing makeup!





You may have to periodically touch up your face, but I've found this to be pretty effective!


Avoid makeups with mineral oil, methylparabens and a lot of harsh ingredients like that... they tend to irritate and ruin your skin!

Try applying a concealer stick to each spot first.You can get a green concealer stick to do this.It won't be green on your face so don't worry.After you have covered the spots with concealer apply your foundation in the way you would normally.


When you take your make-up off at night,wash your face as you would normally (avoid soap if possible as this makes spots worse) then soak cotton wool in witch hazel and wash all over your face with it.This will help your spots a lot as it dries them out and stops new ones coming.

According to what 'I' know,


Most universities in the UK do not accept high school leavers (correct me if I'm wrong) for degree courses. You must have A-levels or something similar. Most UK universities are applicable online at http://www.ucas.ac.uk/ and they require a fee for every application you send in.





You should check with local organisations first for scholarships as usually there's some sort of program for some sort of certificate.However, you can also apply first, then apply for the university's own scholarship (that is IF they have one) and pray to God that you'll get it. Or else be prepared for the worst. Good luck anyway!

I am a divorced single parent. I beleive it is in the best interest of my child to stay at home as well as engage my child in nursery at a balanced level at age 3. If you do not allow your child to explore the world a bit on their own, you hinder thier social growth. Realize that you can have your cake and eat it too. Keep your kid at home for it's education and day care, but enroll it in arts or sports programs with other kids and taught by other adults. Also, spend time with other parents and children together.

I am in total agreement with you. I think this is part and parcel of the whole 'thug' society we now know. If more mothers were taking their job seriously and bringing up their own children, we wouldn't have half the problems we have today! I too am a full time mother and extremely proud of the morals and principals my children have. They are streets above most of their peers, and certainly a lot more confident! I know from my eldest child that she feels secure in the knowledge that I am there for her 100% and that when she gets home from school I am here for her to talk to! i have arm and hammer toothpaste, that has baking soda and peroxide. i've jst heard tho that using baking soda for yrs can ruin ur enamel on ur teeth so i'm having second thoughts on using it for too long.

A brush is only good if you're using mineral makeup. (It's the best kind, btw, as long as you stay away from Bare Minerals. That stuff sucks.)





If you're using liquid or cream foundation, dot it on your face, and blend with your fingertips. Fingers work better than a sponge because the warmth of your skin melts the foundation into a perfectly spreadable consitancy.

It depends on the foundation. A brush is best for powders and modified powders. A sponge (makeup sponge, not any old thing. they are cheap) is better for liquid.





Any foundation does better when put on a moisturized face (let soak in for minute. Sunscreen is fine, and good for your skin) and blended well. It is unlikely to wear if applied properly but, if it does, it will not show if blended.





Streaks are also apparent if you have the wrong colour. Even drug stores have cosmeticians who will help you, for free, pick a colour. Lots of displays have guides as well.





Edit: The jury's actually out on fingertips versus sponges for liquid foundation. You will get conflicting opinions (though, I must admit, I am more inclined to use my fingers - convenience). If you go the finger route, you can be spreading oil and other dirts so make sure to wash your hands and touch little between the sink and the foundation bottle.





If you go the sponge route, wet your sponge with warm water and (gently) squeeze out the excess. This will warm your sponge and fill it so that it absorbs less foundation (more to go on your face or uses less from the bottle). However, you do have to remember to clean your sponge - a dab of your usual facial cleanser works well as it is convenient, economical and designed to handle makeup and oils from your face.

well first off start by buying a good foundation.


i suggest if you feel like splurging, go for M.A.C powder foundation


you use very little in each application, it lasts all day, and doesnt smudge, or clog pores, its worth the money.


then, buy a good brush,(i suggest the kabuki style)


start with a fresh clean face, and swirl the brush in a circular motion in the foundatin, and litely tap the loose powder of the brush. then, buff the foundation onto you face, once again in a circular motion. also, you may want to blot with a light tissue after application. hope this helps!
okay i use cover girl true blend, and the true blend mineral powder. and i apply it with a posh foundation blush to prevent it from looking sluttyy.





Foundation


1.What i do is i put very very little on the back of one hand (less is more!)


2. i spread it from my nose and out under my eyes.


3. I keep it going up to my forehead in upward stokes.


4. and to my chin and cheeks.


5. i just sort of spread it all around evenly. ( i know it doesnt make sense but it will once you try it!)





For a healthy looking glow i use the cover girl mineral true blend powder. It comes with its own little brush, and i pat it on and spread it around with that.


Finally, I use a wet blending pad, and blend because if you dont it looks fake, and sort of processed. If you want you can also use a powder brush with nothing on it, and rub it around for a final touch.

First off, it depends on the type of foundation your using! If it is cheap, it will streak and you will have to apply it more.





However, the way I was told to apply it with a brush not a pad, in a circular motion all over your face, chin and neck!
what kind of foundation are you using? if it's loose powder then i don't know why it would do that but if it's compressed then you should use a make-up sponge.
Make sure you use a primer first! I like smashbox photofinish.





It primes your skin, makes your pores smaller and helps your make up last all day.
