gently pull open you bottom lip of your eye.





There will be a like a lineish thing where you eyelids meet. gently with you eyeliner go over it. It WILL feel weird and it will feel better if your doing it the first time, not someone else. Go over it a few times untill your color thinkens.

I use a pencil and just lightly stroke between or slightly under the bottom lashes. If you get too much on, it is easy to take a brush or the end of the pencil (which sometimes has a smudger) to gently buff it to where you want the look to be.





I do not wear liner on the waterline; so it is a moot point on that.
What I always do is kind of touch the skin underneath my eyes and pull downwards and just apply to the thing line/layer of the lid

Don't try to use one stroke. Do at least 5 strokes as close as your eye as possible, going from the inner to outer corner. It looks even and neat that way. Just practice, it will look great.
Well what I do... is that I keep my eye open and i get the eyliner and u go right under the eye lash and draw it there
hold the skin just just below your eye and put it right on your skin in between you eyelashes and you eye ball
hold ur liner in ur hand like a pincel with ur middle finger pull ur lower lid down and lightly draw a thil line on ur water line right above ur lashed
