How do you apply eyeliner to the upper lids?

I am completely lost on how this is done.


also, can you wear eyliner and eye shadow together?

Draw a line of (your choice) thickness right along the base of your lashes.





If you are applying shadow, i recommend using the darkest of the shadows you are using on the outer corner and the lightest in the inner corner of your eyelid. How do you apply eyeliner to the upper lids?
Liquid eyeliner is a lot easyer for the top. Or use a lighter to soften the tip of the eyeliner.


Try to keep the line thin, or your eyes will look kinda odd.


Hold down the lid that you're about to put eyeliner on,(lash line) it's easyest.








%26amp;yeah you can use eyeshadow, but make sure it's not suuuuper bright.. Light eyeshadow looks best.

And are you talking about the inner lids?


I usually just put the pencil on the outer corner, close my eye, look down, and line it.


It tickles but I rocked the dark-rimmed eyes for years.

take the outer corner and pull it out.


then take a liner and draw it across your natural lash line.


and yes you can wear eye shadow with liner, but put the shadow on first.
draw a line right on your upper lashline


you don't put it in the crease in your upper lid like many think...
