I am united states citizen i am 17 and my other two brother they are younger and citizen but they are in pakistan with my mom . i want all of them to come here together as soon. what is the best way . and yeah my dad doesnt want to apply for her nowHow can I Apply for my mother to come here myself and what is the form number ?
You can't. You have to be 21 and older to sponsor someone. It was 18 but they changed it,
The form is I-130. They will have to apply in Pakistan. And to sponsor somone it is about 355$ to file the form.
