look into a mirror, balance the elbow of the hand you're going to use to apply the eyeliner on the counter or something steady. Keep your eyes OPEN- not wide open, but enough so that you can use both eyes. then appy from the inner corner in one stroke to about the middle of the eye. Then find where you're going to want the line to end and make a stoke inward to meet where you left off with the first stroke. If you make a mistake or wanna re-shape a little just dampen the end of a q-tip and wipe it away just above the eyeline.

look into a mirror, balance the elbow of the hand you're going to use to apply the eyeliner on the counter or something steady. Keep your eyes OPEN- not wide open, but enough so that you can use both eyes. then appy from the inner corner in one stroke to about the middle of the eye. Then find where you're going to want the line to end and make a stoke inward to meet where you left off with the first stroke. If you make a mistake or wanna re-shape a little just dampen the end of a q-tip and wipe it away just above the eyeline.

I am a bit sheltered and am pretty dumb when it comes to makeup so when you explain don't use makeup words, use body parts like ';cheekbones'; or something like that. What you need to contour your face would be either an angle brush or a contour brush. You can go to MAC to purchase an angle brush or sephora. I usually contour my face and underneath my chin, to give an illusion that I don't have a double chin. After you contour then you can apply blush.
blush is NOT what you want if you want the illusion of a more narrow face... it highlights the cheeks and cheekbones bringing more attention to them, what you want to do is suck in your cheeks and fill in those hollows with a contouring powder
first put the blush on the apple of your cheeks(smile and its the part that sticks out). then apply it in an upward diagonal motion, angleing it towards your temples. make sure to blend well.

What you need to contour your face would be either an angle brush or a contour brush. You can go to MAC to purchase an angle brush or sephora. I usually contour my face and underneath my chin, to give an illusion that I don't have a double chin. After you contour then you can apply blush.
blush is NOT what you want if you want the illusion of a more narrow face... it highlights the cheeks and cheekbones bringing more attention to them, what you want to do is suck in your cheeks and fill in those hollows with a contouring powder
first put the blush on the apple of your cheeks(smile and its the part that sticks out). then apply it in an upward diagonal motion, angleing it towards your temples. make sure to blend well.

I am an enlisted Army Reserve soldier, and I wish to wear a blue dress uniform to my wedding in October. She is able to apply the rank chevrons, sleeve braid, and service stripes, but she is at a loss as to how to install the epauelts without opening the sleeve seam at the shoulder, which she says will be incredibly difficult to accomplish. I have taken a photo and put a filter on it in Photoshop that makes it look like an oil painting. I am going to have it printed on canvas and then stretch and frame that canvas to look like a oil painting. To make it look more authentic, how can I apply some texture or ';brush strokes'; to it? I am not an artist, and the last time I painted was in art class more than 15 years ago. add gesso to the canvas to make it white.. u should be able to print on it... u can lay the paint on a little think so that u have the brush strokes showing on the canvas. Also, when it's printed, add Varnish to make the picture shiny and more like a painting

Try wearing eye shadows with the color pink on your lids. I have green eyes but when I wear pink eyeshadow is when I get the biggest response for my eye color.

I bought some specifically for green eyes. It was raisin colored eyeliner and mascara, and light green shadow on the lids with a dark green in the crease and a lavender on the brow bone. It was in with the rest of the makeup, made by a leading manufacturer, but I don't recall the maker, they had it for every eye color.

yeah cameo is kind of for stars lol...do you mean to be an extra? Just keep looking online (e.g. movie sites) and in newspapers, I swear they usually advertise. Or listen out for where a movie is going to be filmed and just go there. Okay, a common mistake is when people put it on the inside of their lashline, right up towards there eye.
First of all, this will make your eye look smaller. Second, the liner will actually absorb into your eye and it's very bad for it..then your eyes will produce this black goo in the corners - NOT attractive.
What you want to do to make your eyes look bigger and more naturally is to start from the outside, righht ON your lashline, not above it towards your eyeball. Also, avoid getting it all over your skin under your eye.
Make the line thincker on the outside and thin it out once you get towards the center of your eye. I stop at about the middle, but make sure you blend the line so you don't see an abrupt end to the line. Also, it actually looks more natural if you do sort of the same thing on the top so it looks more balanced.
Overall, this should give you a sort of sexy cat-eyed look, but not unnatrual if you don't go overboard. I do this every day, it's rarely noticable but it makes my eyes look much better, and it's actually better for your eyes than getting the liner in them.
Examples:
This = good, natural look (she has a bit more on the top and less on the bottom, but you get the idea) and the way she's putting it on is the way you want to as well.

Well it takes a lot of practise to apply liquid eyeliner on your lower lashline, and if you put it too close to your eye, then it will leak into your eye which REALLY hurts :/
so what I usually do is I take a black kohl pencil instead, and apply it on my waterline =]

You go to your local Department of State in Singapore (or other government agency designated in Singapore's ratification of the Hague Convention). They will arrange for legal process in Turkey and the case will be returned and tried in Singapore, the last jurisdiction where the children lived before the abduction.
However, if either Singapore or Turkey are not parties to the Hague Convention, it is not available in your situation.
It may be a far more complicated issue than you think.
You did not state what your nationality is? If it is other than Turkish you MUST get your Embassy and it's diplomats and immediate political leader(s) involved ... it's the only way.
But Turkey ... is not known for it's ';tolerance'; among other traits.
