How do you apply to a culinary school?

what are the requirements? Do you have to wait a few years and attend a regular university and then transfer or apply after the full four years of undergrad school? if so, what universities are best to transfer from?





also, im trying to get all of my schooling done in the most efficient and non-time consuming way possible because i have a few set goals.

Nicholls State University





They have a cullinary institute headed by Chef John Folse. It is one of the best cullinary arts institutes in the country. And it is right outside of New Orleans.
