How to Properly Apply Concealer over Raised acne?

I bought good quality concealer (yes im a dude) and i have one medium sized raised pimple that when i put concealer over it, it looks flaky and just not good. How do i properly put concealer on it without it looking almost worse? How to Properly Apply Concealer over Raised acne?
if you don't moisturize first, it will look cake-y and very obvious that you are wearing concealer, so you want to moisturize the area, if not your whole face, and let that sink in for a few minutes. then you want to dab a little concealer a few times on and around the pimple. just a tiny bit. i dont know what kind of concealer you have, so if it has an applicator brush use that, or use your ring finger, because that is the most gentle and applies the less pressure, NOT your pinky. well, then you will use your finger to blend it in. don't rub the concealer in, but just kind of dab it so that the little dots of concealer you applied are blended well and you may need to apply a little more if it isn't fully concealed. good luck! How to Properly Apply Concealer over Raised acne?
Best this is to not put anything on it. But if you must, try rubbing in some lotion on that pimple really well and the apply the concealer.
Try putting moisturiser on the pimple first, then concealer. It gets rid of the dryness around the pimple so it goes smooth for the concealer.
