How best to apply eyeliner to make eyes look bigger?

My eyes are tiny, frustratingly small, and Ive heard all different things about how its best to apply eyeliner to make eyes appear bigger. How do you do it? And which colour is best?

it's the thickness of the eyeliner that matters. if you want your eyes look bigger, apply it thinner near the inner and outer corners of the eye, but a little (just a little, don't make it too obvious) thicker on top of the eyeball. apply eyeliner right along the roots of the lashes, fill in gaps that haven't been filled.

also you can use black eye shadow (or whatever colour your eyeliner is, black is preferred for small eyes) to apply on top of the eyeliner and fill the outer corner of the eye black. apply a thin eyeliner using black eye shadow again from the outer corner under the eye to 1/3 of the eye, then use a white or silver eye shadow to finish off the eyeliner under the eye.

if you have really small eyes, volumising mascara also takes an important role. How best to apply eyeliner to make eyes look bigger?
use a brown liquid liner (black is too intense) and apply along your top lash line. make the line thinner towards the inner corner of your eye and gradually get thicker as you get to the outter corner. extend the line out past your outter corner so you get a cat eye look. this will make your eyes look bigger because your extending the line %26amp; also dont line the bottom lash line otherwise they will still look small. use lots of black mascara but curl your lashes first! this will open your eyes alot %26amp; make them stand out.
The colors you use depends upon your eye color. The one thing you don't want to use is really dark colors as eye liners. Use colors that enhances your eyes and then use like a neutral or a bright color for the base of the eye. Also be mindful of your eye brows the eye brows can make you eyes look small or bigger.
with white eyeliner , line the bottom inner lid only. It generally takes only two or three swipes back and forth to thoroughly cover the area. Repeat with the other eye.
apply it on the outside of your eye underneath your bottom lashes and on top too if you want
