How can i apply a newly downloaded Vista theme to my computer?
I downloaded a new theme and it saved on my computer under ';downloads'; as a *.rar file. when i go to personalize; themes; browse... that type of file does not appear...How can i apply a newly downloaded Vista theme to my computer?
you need to open the rar file (winrar will)
when open remove the contents to a non compressed folder
