How do I apply to a 4 year university?

I will be getting an Associates in Science in Engineering this coming december. I am planning on tranferring to a 4 year university for architectural engineering. What's the best school out there? is the process the same when it comes to applying? Do i need my SAT's scores or anything like that? thanksHow do I apply to a 4 year university?
The best school out there would depend on what your focus would be. I'm not a great research on architecture, however applying to schools is something i have a lot of experience (i applied to college and grad school, as well as have worked with individuals on a paid basis to assist). You will need your SAT scores sent, along with your high school and Associate degree transcripts. You will also need to complete essays, just as you did to apply to college. Because you are looking to transfer in in a program that is probably extremely structured in terms of course requirements and probably only has a limited number of spots each year, you may need to consider that in order to go to a better school, you may need to lose some credits, retake some courses, etc. Good Luck!
