How to do apply a mod onto Halo Trial?

Okay so i got this mod called swordgulch v2. Its a mod i downloaded off of the internet. How do I apply it to the game?How to do apply a mod onto Halo Trial?
go to maps folder


delete the bloodgulch.map file


replace it with your file


create a game in multiplayer





if you join a game without the mod, you'll see it with the mod but the mod's thingies (e.g. infinite ammo) won't work, even if you can see it.
