How do you apply white eyeliner to make eyes ';pop';?

I got white eyeliner to make my eyes pop (I read that it does that). How do I apply it to make this happen?


Also, I got other colored eyeliner so how do I apply those to make them look cool and funky on my eyes.

White eyeliner goes in your waterline right above the lashes on your lower lid, but make sure its just subtle. For the colored liners i love them! Apply them on both lash lines like this: http://www.urbandecay.com/Look.cfm?ID=75


Or for a more funky look but purple on the top with silver on the bottom, but thats just an example you could use any combo :)
Apply the white to the bottom lash line and black on the top.

use a little bit of the colored eyeliner on your top lid, lining it into a thin line.
Well it just depends on the person.





Eyeliner looks weird on me on the top lid, so i only apple to the bottom.


So.. you could try it on both and see which you like better.
White eyeliner is generally applied to the inner corners of your eyes to make them pop and look bigger and brighter.
colored eyeliners good its fun to line your top and bottom lashes with two different colors its totally in now but im not really sure about white eyeliner i heard it o u t out
i would say just use it like regular eye liner. it probably depends on your skin tone... but im not that good when it comes to make up... the colored eyeliner looks really pretty though
