How do you apply for a visitation visa to the US from Mexico?

I have about 20 cousins or so in mexico. They are all aged from 9-20 and im 13. my family and i are all citizens here but we'd like it if our family from mexico could come visit us. but we dont know how they could apply for them. And another question can kids apply for visas? How do you apply for a visitation visa to the US from Mexico?
Check out usembassy.state.gov for the website addresses of the US embassy and every consulate in Mexico. Check out the consular section or visa information. Most everything you need to know would be there. Considering that the visa application fee is now $131, times 20, that's a fair amount of cash. Plus, there is no guarantee that they would be approved. Kids can certainly apply, but usually they do it with their parents. They can actually travel alone, but the officer still needs to at least talk to the parents to make a decision. You might also want to take a look at the visa wait times at http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/wait/t鈥?/a> there are considerable differences in how long it takes to get a visa interview appointment depending on the location. How do you apply for a visitation visa to the US from Mexico?
first they need to call the u.s. consulate in mexico that is close to where they live in mexico to make an appointment to apply. second they need to get their mexican passports and then complete form DS-156. kids cannot apply alone. applicants must present proof they can afford the trip an the most important thing is they have to provide sufficient proof that they will return to mexico after their visit. this is the hardest thing to do for most people. they would have to show that they have a job, business, property, relations that they cannot and will not abandon. this evidence has to satisfy the american consular official that they will return, they have the final say as to who can come to visit.
why not do what everyone else does take a swim
I think they need to go to their nearest US consulate, but to warn you , I was told it's time consuming and expensive
