How would you apply a fraction to a mini-table of values?

The question is 3x+2y=9, I solved each and got x=3 while y=9/2 how would I graph the y?How would you apply a fraction to a mini-table of values?
I am not sure exactly what you mean by ';graph the y.'; But, I can tell you how to graph the equation.

First of all graph the x-intercepts and the y-intercepts. Which it looks like you have already done. Plot two additional points I ploted x = 2 and x=4 which give you (2,3/2) and (4,-3/2). The graph would look like a straight line decreasing (going down from left to right). The line would go through the points (0,9/2), (3,0) , (2,3/2) and (4,-3/2).
