You should use liquid eyeliner, rest your elbow on the table or something flat an sturdy and pull the corner of your eye so it is as straight as possible then it should go on in one straight line. Its a lot harder then it sounds as I haven't completely mastered it just keep practising!How do I apply eyeliner to my top eye lid?
i wouldn't use eyeliner. i use a very small brush with a dark eyeshadow, black or brown.i get the brush wet and then coat it in eyeshadow, tap it on the side of the sink, and use it like eyeliner.it lasts longer and you can get better effects.any questions on ways you can use it just email me. i'd be more than glad to elaborate on different techiques. =]
Body shop liquid eyeliner is best. Hold the lid tight and apply slowly you can always correct mistakes with a cotton bud
u just have to be steady and put the eyeliner just above ur eyelashes it takes a lil practice so be ready for it to not look

This isn't really an easily answered question it's more just practice you just have to have a steady hand and be willing to screw it up and start again
Use retractable pencil liner. then gently ';pull'; you eye out toward your temple and make one thin line. You can apply more as you get used to doing this. Hope this helps. Also sites like mabelline and Loreal %26amp; Almay have illustrations you can look at. -Good luck!
Best thing to do is buy a eye liner brush and use a liquid eye liner you need to have a very study hand to do this but you could also do it with a pencil like I do just apply lightly to start with
Use H.I.P. by Loreal. It's a cream liner and they give you a little angled brush to apply it. It goes on smooth and it's very bold.
You'll want to use a liquid eyeliner and the trick is to get it as close to the lash line as possible. It takes a steady hand and alot of practice so don't give up!
ok...between ur eye and the bottom of ur eyelash is a bare spot...it tickles and feels weird but put eyeliner there it works better.
