Awaiting for comments How to apply password for delete a file or folder?
Passwords are NOT the answer. For this type of security you need all your machines to have the NTFS file system, then you need to run a Windows domain or Active Directory server to control security. You can then set the permissions on any file or folder to be different for every person, or even groups of people. Safest is to store ALL files on the central server, then set folder permission for the files you do not want deleted to allow only the original creator to change or delete. Other folders can be set to allow certain groups full access, some edit permissions, or some no access at all.How to apply password for delete a file or folder?
it depends on how your system is setup - if the file system is FAT32 change it to NTFS to give extra security - also if all users have administrator access they will be able to delete anything
