How do u apply a decoy or sticker to a gun barrel?

We tried everything!! I think lolHow do u apply a decoy or sticker to a gun barrel?
DO NOT USE NAIL POLISH REMOVER!!!

While nail polish removed contains acetone, it also contains MINERAL OIL and fragerance. You are trying to remove oil and grease, NOT replace it with more oil.How do u apply a decoy or sticker to a gun barrel?
The barrel of a gun can get pretty hot once you shoot it for a while. The sticky backing on a sticker might melt and gunk up your gun. You don't want to put any junk on your gun that shouldn't be there. Also, if the glues in the sticker may contain chemicals that would cause your barrel to rust. If you must put a sticker on your gun put it on the stock.
the barrel will get to hot and you don't need to put it on the metal of the gun barrel

how about putting it on the stock (on the side that your cheek isn't on)?

to get it to stick, use rubbing alcohol or mineral sprits and wait until it dries (that will remove the oil and grease from cleaning it and from you touching it) and when you put it on, slowly put it on- don't take the backing off all at once, take part off, smooth out so there's no air bubbles and continue that until it's on

**please don't put it on the gun barrel, that will ruin the gun and paper on something that can get purdy hot- not a good idea

you can put stickers on the gun stock, but not on the gun barrell or ANY part of the gun that is metal
Trichlorethane or methyl ethyl ketone , degreaser but don't get any on your hands (wear gloves) or inhale the vapors (bad stuff) but once the surface is oil %26amp; grease free stuff will stick to it
um clean the area with alittle nail polish remover let dry it is the oil on the barrell,,,, ok thanks
why would you want to do that
