This changes a file in windows that prohibits any non-microsoft theme from being used.How to apply a downloaded theme for my windows Xp ?
What file is it? Is it a visual style or is it a windowblinds package?
A visual style can be used simply by double clicking it, but you need to have uxtheme patcher installed.
If its a stylerxp or windowblinds file you need to install said program first.
You probably need to download WindowsBlinds. It's a client which allows you to apply new windows xp themes.
